Ripe fruit in the substantial, almost powerful nose, pear, also pickled pear, apple, ripe stone fruit, yellow flowers, some flax. Also on the palate it shows with power and ripe, sweet fruit, lots of substance and also alcohol. A fairly mature Kabinett that reflects the warm year and can also effortlessly accompany strong dishes.
