Tasting Notes
Aromas of sweet cherry, Darjeeling tea, almond, also rosehip and cranberry. Restrained use of wood. In the mouth, suppleness and tannins combine to create an elegant taste impression that mixes elegance and finesse with good density and length. The mineral-tinged finish brings the wine to a playful and stylish close.
More about the tastingFine and dense on the nose, smoke, roasted notes, red and dark wild berries, sour cherry, rose hip, ethereal notes, spruce needle, freshly roasted hazelnut, nougat chocolate. Elegant and fresh on the palate, fine acidity and fine-grained ripe tannins give the juicy fruit structure and length, with certain ageing potential.

Day two: Aromas of sour cherry and wild berries, sloe, a little smoke, followed later by delicate plum. On the palate it shows with fine acidity, polished tannins, cherry again, good length, delicate and accessible, beautiful texture, little changed, only the plum in the aroma is new. Day three: Aroma of cherry and smoke, crushed rock, a hint of plum, almost fresher on the nose than on day two. Lively acidity on the palate, fine tannins, decreasing tension, cherry and plum, good length, delicate bitterness.
