Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 15.07.2014

Slightly reductive tones, some sweet cherry, with air contact clear wood tones: chocolate, cinnamon. Velvety palate, round and homogeneous, not broad, but juicy, accompanied by comparatively "cool" fruit, slight viscosity in the transition to the finish, stable acid nerve, structurally rejuvenating on the finish and ending with juicy elegance. Herbal notes at the end. Decant for one hour before drinking.
