The red wine Obac de Binigrau Vino de la Terra Mallorca IGP, vintage 2011 from the winery Binigrau Vins i Vinyes has been rated in 2014 with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Balearic Islands in Spain.
Some wood (caramel), and herbal spice (sage, chervil and almost truffle). With aeration also small red berries. Round flow on the palate, melted fine tannin, subtle acidity, palate fruit present early and leading into the finish with freshness and complexity. A very complete and elegant wine with a modern vinification style.
