The white wine »Flurwerk« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Bio-Weingut Laudens Bach has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
It has apple and mirabelle plum aromas with a hint of pear on the nose, accompanied by herbal notes. It is full-bodied and spicy on the palate, a rather relaxed Silvaner type that does not allow itself to be stressed, and also draws strength from its calmness. It has an unexcitable character with fine phenolics and spiciness.
