The white wine »Flurstück Alte Reben« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Bio-Weingut Laudens Bach has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Opulent on the nose, wormwood, gooseberry, mirabelle plums, hay, orange blossom, saffron, a little nutmeg and Scots rose. Full-bodied on the palate with a dense texture, ripe yellow fruit and pithy phenolics. Black pepper and a fine saltiness on the finish.
