Needs some air contact to open up, subsequent aromas of herbal spice, flowers, apple and some yeast emerge. On the palate concentrated in an elegant and juicy way, ripe apple, soft and also juicy acidity, clear fruit expression. Spicy and unembellished, yet elegant and profound.
