Pale lemon yellow. An aroma of rhubarb, lemon zest, ripe apple and very ripe pear. On the palate, the wine is characterised by minerality, piquant acidity and extract sweetness contrast with each other, there is also a spectrum of yellow fruit, ending with a palate-filling and balanced finish.
