Yeasty, chalky aromas, with lots of oyster shell, smoky nuances, notes of meadow herbs, white peach and lime zest. Noticeably phenolic on the palate, with subtle acidity, an elegant, delicate savouriness and a spicy finish. A very pure expression, consistent and focussed.
