Tasting Notes
Deep, dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Aromas of dark fruits of the forest confit, underlaid with subtle coconut notes, hints of oak, caramel and spice. On the palate, juicy, blackberry-cherry confit, vivid tannins that still need some time and a mineral finish. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
