Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.10.2023: Ulrich Sautter

A very intense cassis nose, also black currant confit, elderberry. The mouth shows a cultured, fine-grained tannin, lots of dark berry fruit and extracted sweetness that pleasantly supports the juicy elegance. Very good aromatic length.
