Cloudy, unfiltered. Reductive, yeasty and somewhat wild on the nose, with wood savouriness, malt, soy sauce, dried fruit. Lean and focused palate with a creamy base and rested acidity, soft phenolics that nevertheless characterize the structure, bone dry, fine savouriness, refined.
