This has aromas of plum, crumble pie, elderberry, herbs, and a touch of wild oak spiciness. It is very smooth and gentle on the palate, with silky and very high quality tannins, vivid fruit, a seamlessly integrated acidity, and a nice texture without losing tension. It is an original wine, completely unique in its style.
