The red wine »S« Rüdesheim Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Bischöfliches Weingut Rüdesheim GmbH has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Distinct new wood, and an intense, almost liqueur-like cherry fruit. Also elderberry and black currant, mineral tones. In the mouth the wine is tight and very dry, the tannins are dominant: completely closed, mineral marked, still needs a lot of time.
