Tasting from 24.05.2017: Peter Moser

Deep ruby garnet, violet reflections, subtle brightening at the rim. Ripe bouquet of precious wood, vanilla and berry confit, delicate floral nuances, a hint of dried fruit and nougat. Full-bodied, ripe plum fruit, extract-sweet texture, present, somewhat angular tannins, sweet nuances on the finish, a powerful food companion, bitter chocolate in the aftertaste.

More about the tasting

It owes its monstrous and sweetish taste neither to its exact origin nor to its residual sugar: the latter is hardly present, but there is more than enough alcohol, the former is difficult to detect due to its overripe and raisiny nature. A cavendish man à la Damien Hurst.
