The white wine Ars Amatoria Vino de la Terra Mallorca IGP, vintage 2015 from the winery Bodega Jardi Lavica has been rated in 2017 by Axel Biesler und Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay from the region Balearic Islands in Spain.
Reminiscent of freshly brewed chamomile tea and fresh herbs. The fruit of lychee and honeydew melon is (still) in the background. Its taste also remains unagitated, which is not to say anything. On the contrary: a Mallorcan that is as creamy as it is relaxed.
