Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Black berry fruit underlaid with dark minerality, nuances of blackberries, juniper and herbs, a hint of sour cherries. Juicy, ripe dark forest berry confit, well-integrated tannins, salty minerality on the finish, fine fruit sweetness in the aftertaste, a finely spiced food companion.
