Tasting from 16.04.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Concentrated, dark bouquet with notes of plum jam, graphite and liquorice. Very savoury. On the palate dense, powerful, ripe, easily noticeable tannin. Black tea, dark fruit. Slightly salty finish.
