Light golden yellow, brass reflections. Fine herbal spice, nuances of fresh and dried pear, subtle touch of Williams pear, tobacco and soft notes of vanilla. Lean, elegant, fine yellow pome fruit nuances, fresh acidity, slightly nutty on the finish, mineral-salty aftertaste, light on its feet, individualistic food wine.
