Tasting from 17.03.2023: Peter Moser

Strong mahogany, brass reflections. Nutty herbal savouriness, prunes, dark nougat, tobacco notes, some cocoa and arancini. Juicy, silky like a drinking chocolate, fine minerality, embedded fruit. Full of finesse and long lasting, delicately salty with underlying raisined nuances, perfect wood spice, a touch of ripe stone fruit in the finish. A true drinking experience.
