Tasting from 17.03.2023: Peter Moser

Bright medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicately nutty, fine yeasty touch, ripe pears and some sour mango, candied orange zest, pleasantly fine touch of oxidation. Deep, dry as dust, fine yellow tropical fruit at the core, subtle nuances of French wood, mineral and precise. Seems light on its feet; a very animating style and an attractive food companion.
