Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 14.09.2022: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Intense bouquet with notes of confit wild berries, plum and cherry. Also hints of liquorice and a touch of furniture polish. Voluminous on the palate, with ripe acidity and aromas of cherry and raspberry. Fine-grained, slightly clinging tannins and a vivid herbal spiciness that extends into the long finish.
