Tasting Notes
Nuanced herbal savouriness, thyme, salt, liquorice. In the background fresh black cherry. All very clear while exuding naturalness. Soft, almost sweet approach, then a tannic drive of immensely fine tannin, viscous and chalky-mineral underpinnings, and length building above with substance, juice and fruit. Alcohol seamlessly countered by the extract. Stylish wine, youthful.
