Tasting Notes
Very peppery, but also blueberry puree, latwerge, fir honey. Very mild on the palate, slightly sweet, very silky and delicate, almost shy in the tannin yield, yet quite long and chalky-mineral underpinned, very subtle acidity, ends alcoholic and a little drying. An attempt to be a powerhouse and an esthete in one.
