Subtle, elegant bouquet with notes of redcurrant, elderberry and sour cherry. Hints of coffee, bay leaf and black pepper. A hint of jus. Elegant on the palate, fresh acidity and beautiful blackberry fruit as well as cherry and strawberry. Slightly noticeable tannin, long finish.
