Straw yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousseux. Fresh yellow pear fruit, a hint of curly onions, candied orange zest, a hint of cookie. Juicy, good complexity, ripe peach, some honey, elegant texture, good persistence, attractive sparkling wine of good length.
