Ripe, fruity nose with notes of honey, baked apple, some dried mango, white flowers and yeast. Fresh on the palate with a harmonious interplay of fruitiness and acidity. Fine mousse with good grip. Pleasantly long with ripe citrus, nutty and honey notes.
