An obviously grown-up cava with an intense colour. The long ageing on the lees (30 months) can also be felt aromatically: dried fruit meets herbs and spices such as chamomile and aniseed, as well as subtle yeasty roasted notes. The wine is elegant, but with a noticeable sweetness. Medium length finish.
