Brilliant golden yellow, with silvery reflections. Intense appealing aroma of lemon confit, tangerine, yellow pear, and almond brioche. Precise lively acidity with a fine mousse, very straightforward on the palate, and bone dry, with tasty fleur de sel on the long finish. It is a delicately purist wine.
