Notes of ripe honeydew melon, dried citrus fruit and apple chips on the nose, as well as hints of white flowers and caramel. It's viscous on the palate, with a pleasantly soft acidity and aromas of dried pineapple and citrus, as well as local pome fruit. Medium-long finish.
