Lemon yellow in colour. The fresh bouquet shows notes of citrus, then ripe pear and fresh Mirabelle plums, Linden blossom, honey and brioche. The palate brings a soft attack and restrained acidity supporting some chamomile blossom fragrance. There's discreet phenolic grip on the finish.
