Tasting from 21.04.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Silver-yellow, bright. Fine, dense mousse. Sweet and fruity nose of apple, lychee and white flowers. On the palate, it opens with a sharp and lively carbonic acid and a fruitiness that characterises the palate. Pleasant finish and fresh, clean aftertaste.
