Clear, radiant salmon colour. Pronounced aroma of ripe cherries and redcurrants, along with sloes and fresh hay, with peach blossom in the background. Lots of intensity on the palate too, winding smoothly through the palate, showing a dense fruit texture, round, juicy, medium-long finish with a slight saltiness.
