Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright onion skin colour with a pink shimmer. Opens on the nose with notes of ripe raspberries and iced strawberries, then candied oranges and cherry blossom. Very juicy on the palate, lively, shows fine fruit texture, clear, explosive bubbles, yet animating on the palate, finishing with red berry fruit.
