Tasting from 21.04.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright, shiny straw yellow with silver reflections. Fine and persistent mousse. Citrus fruits and floral notes of elderflower and orange blossom on the nose with a slight hint of yeast. It is creamy on the palate and the citrus notes reappear. Closes slightly bitter.
