Brilliant silver-yellow with persistent mousse. Fragrant nose of fresh meadow flowers, crisp stone fruit and delicate hints of sea salt. Balanced and round on the palate, with a hearty, well-integrated mousse. The wine is harmonious, fruity, albeit bone dry, and long and juicy.
