Brilliant silver-green with very fine mousse. Expressive on the nose, with juicy citrus fruit, grapefruit, a hint of salt lemon, then white stone fruit and elderflower blossom. On the palate juicy, with cool fruit core and purity, a touch of minerality underneath, with plenty of racy acidity, energy, beautiful example.
