Tasting Notes
It has a brilliant silver grey colour, with a delicate straw yellow tinge. There are aromas of white rose petal, orange blossom, juicy lemon, and a hint of sea salt. It is very juicy, vivid and powerful on the palate, and with good length it unfolds over the tongue with a bold interplay of elements.
More about the tastingBrilliant silver-grey with persistent mousse. Crisp nose of white pear, a hint of melon, notes of bright honey blossom, exotic fruit like mango towards the end. Radiant and clear on the palate with pleasantly integrated mousse, textured and very drinkable, harmonious throughout.
