Brilliant straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections and a fine, continuous mousse. On the nose, aromas of meadow flowers, acacia and elderberry, followed by fresh notes of apple, lychee and exotic notes. Pleasantly broad and creamy on the palate, with a slightly mineral finish.
