Tasting Notes
Brilliant ruby-garnet with a brightening rim. Very fragrant nose, opens with pronounced earthy notes of truffle and leather, then pomegranate, cinchona bark and raspberry. Salty and taut on the palate, opens with hearty, gripping tannins, salty, lots of raspberry, unfortunately somewhat brittle on the finish.
