Bright dark orange with rust-coloured reflections. Clear, spicy nose of dried apricots, dates, fragrant café au lait and fine caramel, reminiscent of dried meadow herbs on the finish. Surprisingly juicy on the palate, with a great harmony between saltiness and sweetness, not ponderous but flowing, with ripe apricot fruit, lingers for a very long time, a great surprise!
