Tasting from 01.01.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, bright straw yellow. Fragrant and clear nose of yellow peach, lychee and some hazelnut, with a slight aftertaste of mango and cold smoke. Very juicy on the palate with clear, creamy and radiant fruit, spicy with a fine saltiness, elegant and long on the tongue.
