Tasting Notes

94
Tasting from 31.10.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon staffler

Rich, intense ruby with a fine garnet rim. Initial aromas of graphite and savoury notes of cedar, then ripe plum. Lots of hearty, grippy tannin on the palate, wrapped in a fine fruit texture, juicy cherries and savoury cedar wood notes on the finish.
