The prosecco Brut Millesimato Prosecco DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Bosco del Merlo has been rated in 2019 by Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant, light straw yellow with persistent mousse. Hay and meadow herbs on the nose, light notes of flint and salt. Carried on the palate by superficial acidity, full of tension, spreads out powerfully with a coarse-grained mousse, lifted on the finish by sharp, slightly drying acidity.
