Light, white gold colour with green reflections. Apple peel and lime on the nose, with nutty and bready nuances, and subtle notes of peach. Elegant and juicy on the palate, with a medium-fine mousse and skilful dosage. Lingers medium-long and harmonious, finishes juicy and slightly salty. (03/2024).
