Pale golden yellow with brass reflections and a lively mousse. Fine yellow plum fruit with an appealing hint of hibiscus underneath and some lemony nuances makes for an attractive bouquet. Juicy and elegant on the palate, with a fine fruit sweetness at the core and a pleasant acidity. It remains persistent throughout the mineral finish, showing length and further development potential. (Degorgiert 01/23, PM).
