Tasting from 19.11.2020: Peter Moser

Medium straw yellow, silver reflections; fine, lively mousse. Ripe yellow apple fruit with mineral underlay, delicate pineapple and candied orange zest, hints of freshly baked bread and brioche. Complex, fine nougat touch, well-integrated acidity, ripe yellow tropical fruit on the finish with traces of cocoa on the aftertaste. A multi-faceted wine that's been matured on the lees for 14 years, consider decanting. (Deg. 01.05.2018).
