Quince yellow in colour. Roasted hazelnut, tangerine, ginger. Creamy on the attack, plump and full-bodied in the middle of the palate, ripe acidity, mineral background. Lots of charm and mellowness on the finish, finally some hazelnut and roasted almond from the oak, which never dominates.
