The white wine Würzburg Stein-Harfe Silvaner GG trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Bürgerspital has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
The nose initially impresses with balsamic notes, pure shell limestone, followed by savoury tones ranging from salty liquorice to dried orange peel. On the palate, the wine has a rare generosity, fine tactile minerality, silky phenolics, a seamlessly round flow with great length.
