Lime coolness on the nose, shell limestone, oyster shells, mango, pears, orange peel, dried apple chips, herbal savouriness, salty sea air, subtle smoke. Juicy fruit on the palate, mineral savouriness, salty, fine phenolics, great extract, long on the palate. A pleasure to drink now, but also in a few years' time.
